i have a lovely customer who would like cerise pink and lime green glass tiles for a splashback...oh yessssssssssss

can anyone direct me to a good site/shop who deal in a lot of diff coloured glass tiles?

We had a thread with someone looking for cerise pink mosaic tiles not long back, Jamie, and it's tricky, getting a good range of reds and pinks in mosaics is notoriously difficult, lime green is less troublesome. Cerise pink and lime green goes very well together! It's a girl thing..

This place isn't a tiling place as such, have a look around though, and they are pretty helpful. The cerise pink diamond shapes you see on there are very very thin, 1mm at the most and very expensive if you need loads, but quite gorgeous.

Might be wrong but off the top of my head all I can think of is Fired Earth, they do (or used to do) loads of different coloured glass tiles.

oh, and however much it irks me, but Topps Tiles sell a pink mosaic tile mix, if you look on their website..

lol yeah saw that topps do have a good range of pinks actually

she doesnt want mosaics she wants a 10 by 10 tile or similar ,shall be hard to find me thinks

yep, I bookmarked that site, too... some nice colours there how do you cut tiles like that? Thinking of splintering edges... do you cut them with a wetcutter and then use a grinder on the edges?

Wet cut them Gisela and then dremmel buff the edges to stop slicing, for the type of work you do..

I know this will be too late and too small for Kilty's needs, but while shopping for mosaic tiles I have just come across these for anyone looking for bright pink any time, these are gorgeous. My aloplogies if this company was mentioned before, but it's like a sweetshop for someone like me.. 🙂

will look the mutts once done,doing it with a dark plank effect floor

I know... 🙁 I'm getting seriously bored with my kitchen... and that's got (gently)cerise pink and sunshine yellow painted walls! Safe tiles that were there when we moved in... I feel like a spoilt pratt talking like this..

:lol: why - because of the colours? It looks ok, really, just sunny, it's quite a dark kitchen, with light pine and dark green granite effect worktops, the tiles are cream with different coloured fruit with that kind of pink and green and yellow that's used.. :lol: sounds terrible, I know, but honestly, it looks ok. Need repainting though, hasn't been touched for ten years, wanna come over and help out? The units and tiles were in there, Persimmon choices, not unpleasant but not snazzy either, I want snazzy! 🙂
