We actually did fully bed the next, and Ray drove over it some 4-5 hours later in a forklift totalling some 5000 kgs to show a Chinese delegate that was visiting how we did it here.
They lay everything in s/c.

Prep is vitally important the back ground needs to be perfectly plumb and flat also capable of withstanding the weight you are going to be attaching to it, I did a 900 x 400 porsanosea tile recently and its amazing how much weight goes on the wall and yours are even bigger, I would say a 2 man job and use a levelling system . Kop

@Waluigi does 12by6s on his own and I take my hat off to him!

I do a lot of this size but admittedly I need a second pair of hands

:( I've been doing 7 shower/bathrooms, walls and floor in 1200mm x 600mm x 10mm and 200m2 of 900mm x 900mm x 10mm floor tiles all on my own as I have no friends to help and now my back aches
Definitely take their toll on the back! I think my trapped nerve is down to then

Was literally gonna post a picture of a tiny violin earlier when I read it but though it wouldn’t be well received coming from me:tearsofjoy:
