Hello, tiler community. We have recently used LTP Ironwax on ceramic tiles and the first time we have washed the floor with Flash it has gone white grey and scratched. What has we done wrong and how can we put it right?
Many thanks

You probably need to strip the wax and redo it. What ceramic tiles are they that need waxing?

I'm not sure, they are a kind of fake slate with rippled effect. They were laid down 9 years ago and sealed with a penetrating product but over the years they have got dirtier and dirtier so clearly they needed re-sealing. We decided to go for a gloss finish this time in the hope it would improve the look of them (they always looked dusty). Not sure how to clean them if the wax comes straight back off.

Strip and reseal with your iron wax then clean with Ltp floor shine . If they are ceramic they shouldn't need sealing . Probably a good clean . As regards making them shiny you can't make a silk purse from a sows ear
