The members discount for the Forum Arms has gone down well and as mentioned before we will now be offering the rate to each stores top 10 traders.

We have created a two tier pricing structure that consists of regular Giant Trade and new Premier Trade and we would like to offer this new Premier rate to all Forums Arms members. If you have already upgraded or applied recently for the previous offer then we will change your account over automatically.

We have taken the opportunity to review the current offer to include the Vat price increase that was never applied in January and also to include a few extra items. Before you start to worry, some items have gone down in price such as white trims now at 65p and Mapei and Mapeker Rapid set.

The products now on offer include:

• Keracolour grout 5kg in white and grey
• Ultracolour grout 5kg in white, grey and jasmine
• Keraquick Grey 20kg
• Keraquick White 20kg
• Mapei Rapid set 20kg

he said the new trade prices are cheaper than the old forum discount ones

then he told me keraquick white was £24 a bag trade

is this right?

I just got mine sorted. Haven't got a card yet but u just go in and the guys in my local shop just ask for my postcode. I got 4x 20kg mapeker, 2x 15kg mapestik, 4 x 5kg White 1x anthracite grout and 1x primer g and it came to about £110 if that's any help

No, that is not right.

The forum discount is still on going but it has now been extended to the top 10 traders in each store. It is now known as "Premier Trade".

The price for Keraquick is also incorrect.

We are not all perfect...perhaps a visit to your local Tile Giant and ask them before you right them off.

Even though you haven't heard anything, I am sure your account has been set up. We get alot of accounts come through and sadly there are not enough hours in the day to reply to them all.

I apologies to anyone that feels they have had a poor experience with the trade form.

I ask that you keep in mind that Nathan is the only person to deal with these forms and there are not enough hours in the day for him to reply to all emails, even if you don't get a reply, I guarantee that he will process your account.

We have just launched the Tile Giant website (about two weeks ago) and we also run Tile HQ. Because we have these two websites we are so unbelievably busy that it makes it very difficult to reply to all the account emails personally.

If you have submitted a form and not heard anything back, feel free to PM me your details and I can check if it has been done. Alternatively, you can call any store and give them your postcode and they can check for you.

Good advice matt..

Will be best for any members wishing to check this by going to the store or pm'g you direct, rather than slagging off Tile giant when their tilers forums extra discount could already have been set up..

Tile giant do not have to give this extra trade discount to the arms members and i would like arms members to think about this before spouting off.

Any tiler can get a trade account but only tilers arms members and TG's top trade users get the extra discount, so please be patient and use the correct checking methods to confirm it has been done and not dishearten other arms members from taking advantage of this great offer of extra discount from Tile giant.
