been in to tile giant sunderland today and thay know nothing of any big discounts. i just got the normal trade discount which is better then full price but not as good as promised

Although the staff should know about your discount, it shouldn't make a difference if they don't. The discounts are automatic when they enter your details into the computer. So aslong as the form has been filled out and sent to Nathan, there shouldn't be a problem. If anyone has filled the form out, but isn't getting the discount. Please PM me your postcode and trading name and I will take a look on the computer system.

Its called the Tile Giant Blogboard and I send it out every week to all staff by email! I will put another reminder in this week!

I find it very good addy.
I love it especialy when you do top sides of window reveels or above windows.

And you can walk on them (with care - I would suggest ) 2 hours later .

Only I paid for a bag around £32 last year without no discounts -no that was for Flex version non flex was around £28 I think..
So I hope I will be able to pass on some savings on to the clients soon.

Not had a chance to go into TG yet to see if i can get keraquick cheaper than £17 a bag, I'm using it all the time now and also slowly converting to mapei grouts too.:thumbsup:
 
How long does it take to proces the form and receive the card?
I have done so a week ago and I am tempted to do to again as I will would like to use it probably next week.
 
Mine took approx 3 weeks, not bad going really considering they have to process, make you a card, then post it out.

You don't need your card to receive your discount. Your account will be processed and added to the computer within a day or so of Nathan receiving it. Once it is on the computer system, you can quote your postcode to get your discount until your card arrives :thumbsup:
 
matt,it would be worth mentioning that there isn't a tile shop at all in east kilbride(probably scotland's largest town .pop 80,000) i have to travel 6 miles to either tile giant in hamilton or the same distance to topps in shawfield,opening a shop in the area would be beneficial as i always hear my local customers complaing about the travelling for tile shops:thumbsup:

Do I need to open a normal cash account first or can I go straight to the TF account discounts?

Just fill the online form in and Nathan will do the rest.
 
since these prices have been set on the computer at tg its effective and easy to go and buy materials /tiles,great setup guys n gals thanks again,,also thanks to the girls and guys from edinburgh tg who have been most helpful:thumbsup:
 
I finally got round to taking a trip to my nearest tile giant a couple of weeks ago. I found the prices very competitive and the lads in the shop friendly. I really like using Adesilex p9 but have found it really hard to find locally. Anyway chatting to Adam the manager he said we'll get a pallet in for you and see how it goes and if it sells well we'll keep it in stock. Great service and definately worth the 15mile trip. Well done to the lads @ Erdington Birmingham
 
Wish they would open one near Kingston upon Thames! Takes me over 45 minutes to get to Croydon.:incazzato:
