This is a kitchen splashback that Gary did with me in Hoxton East London.
2400 X 800 x 6mm porcelain from the casadolcecasa magnum range, Calacatta.
No joints except for the corners, definitely something that could catch on I believe.

Why did it take so long?
They had to be taken from the hallway on ground floor Ed, down 2 flights of stairs to a space where we could cut them outside. Then down another flight of stairs to the basement outside door, manouvered thro two low doors and around to the kitchen area. 😀

Did u cut them with a flashline ?
Not on this occasion Kyle, used a glass speed cutter and a pair of flashline breakers.

how did u miter them ? m14 attachment ?
M14 attachment, do you mean with a profiling wheel?
No mate, same way we always do, grinder to remove the majority, and then polish it back to the edge.
Have tried lots of different techniques, some still in the working, but ultimately, can't beat doing it by hand.
Well as I can't afford a 'bulldog' machine. Haha
I'm not even sure if it takes pieces that size anyway.
