knee gone again

tiled a 22m2 floor today . grout up in morn, my knee is swollen again, ive kept off it for a while , thought it might last one small job , how wrong i was.
so what to do , pack in or soldier on , so fed up now, so is it scarbourough work for my relatives in restaurant ,or stick to what i know best and end up in a scooter, :yikes:

Feel for you mate , will see how mine fares up this coming week .. probs will swell again..

no bri this was my own job, thats another thing , can i really take this new job on books , and then let them down , i dont want to do that , its make your mind up time

Sorry to hear this mate ! it's a hard one ,as i have a few probs as well, i just keep taking pills and going -on, but i'am sure it will get me in the end, i would go and get involved in the food business if it was me , there is good money to be made in food, you might end -up with your own restaurant !!, i don't have any options like you so ,i would have to do something different, like a burger van the side of the road ...... good luck in whatever you decide , and keep coming on here mate !!.......

If you are wanted and have a job offer - go for it.
No use ending up crippled in your old age. Always look at it as a fresh start or a new business venture and grasp the opportunity.
Good luck on whatever you choose.

take it one day at a time rob ;0)
think of your old man utd players who played through the pain barrier. brian robson, paul mcgrath, norman whiteside.

I feel for anyone with injures, I know how it is having gone through two back operations and still having regular pain, not good in this trade, especially when it's a top dancer, and 60 x60's!

you been to the hospital yet rob..?

they may been able to do something to sort it out, my knee kept swelling up all the time, they removed the burser sacs in my knee, havnt had any swelling since...been 3 years now..

It's food for thought !!!! Good luck with whatever you decide your health comes first , I've had a few broken bones now and worry myself about how long they'll be good for , first my leg and now my wrist! It's def a cruel old trade on the limbs!
