hello and welcome to the forums.....i,m sure some of the course lads will point you in the right direction...

21, I wish, Your young enough to have a great career in tiling, The thing I would do in your shoe's is to eventually get the qualifications to work on site but carry on doing family and friend's for the moment and get your confidence up, And stick with the forum's, There no shame in asking any question's. After your course you could even phone tiler's explain what your doing (there nice people really) you may get the chance to work with an experienced guy who will help on the right track. All the best.

hi,im from glasgow and although im not quite as young as yourself(29) i recently went on a 4 and a half day training course in Grangemouth.....maybe worth considering going on this course first as i would imagine it will be cheaper than the one your looking at and to be honest i found it really good, loads of tips and detail crammed into those days.

hi brian, did you go on one of the tiling courses up here in sunny scotland???

hello matey

may your tiling course be the stairway to a big fat wallet, a garage full of Rubi cutters and a fountain of ideas for what to do when you run out of tile spacers (gues what happened to me today!)

good luck mate!

Hi mate.

Welcome to the forums its great. I was in the same shoes as you recently and decided to do a professional tiling course so i could go out, working for myself. I'm doin a course at diamond training which isn't that far from me, but its a good one so i'd have travelled to get there anyway and just got a b and b or something. Dont be afraid to travel tho because its worth finding the best course, no matter where it is. A guy just finished my one from Scotland and he loved it!

Good luck mate
