Hi guys,

Could you help with the following image?

We moved into a new build in November and this white patch has just appeared on the flooring in the last day or 2. Doesn’t seem to shift with scrubbing.

Perfect Tiling

They look like porcelain tiles so should be impervious to most things. You could try a grout haze remover for porcelain tiles. Its an acidic type solution that removes surface residues.....but I'm only guessing as without seeing it in the flesh its hard to be certain
