hi
OK im tiling a shop front in a couple of weeks first exterior tiling i've done.
the substrate is ply but in some places concrete.
Im going to use a cement based flexible adhesive any advice on priming or anything else thanks
also any tips on grout to use as very wide gap knocking on 10mm

thanks guys

I would probs go for keraquick with latex plus. Bare temperature in mind as there are limitations. Ultracolour plus will grout up to 20mm joints.

Lift tiles as you go checking that you get good coverage. Back butter all tiles to help with this as it is important due to possibilty of water getting behind tiles.

(Ply is not a good surface to tile onto outside)

there is no difference betweenn back buttering and back skimming. They both mean to apply adhesive onto the back of a tile

hiya mids, also make sure your outside temperatures are okay, its still dropiing to minus 3 some nights here just for your adhesive

also i would nt be keen on tiling on ply outdoors, why is it a mixed substrate

agree with all of the above about tiling on ply outside! theres enough problems tiling on it internally?

Replace ply with cement boards, two part cement based adhesive mix and tile away !
And 5 degrees c and above to be safe IMO.

Hi friends.
There are many different type of shop fronts that the peoples are shoe off to their front of shops and display their products you can also take ideas from the internet and other related shops and get your own exterior shop front for your shop and display your products.
