Just pricing for this job.

Would welcome your comments. The customer says from Topps. 1" x 1" squares. Any do's & don'ts?

Cheers guys.

If they're the ones that I think, then they are chrome over ceramic and you need to be very careful not to scratch when grouting.

Use a wet cutter, and go slow. They are small enough that with careful setting out you should be able to "close or stretch" the grout lines to avoid a lot of cutting, too. Take your time and think ahead so that you don't catch yourself out.

I usually use white adhesive with these, too.

Many thanks

If they are true metal over the ceramic..... watch for the cut edge - when i did the same but with larger tiles, there is a flared edge on the tile, as if the edge has curled slightly thus making it sharp and not totally flat. Have a smooth file handy if yours do the same.
I used 100 x 100 so not as problematic as yours

Spot on, the last time I fixed these i did this, I've fixed the larger 5x5 ones as well though and they cut ok just take it nice and slow a fine file is handy to have to hand though to deburr the edges where needed.

Have done a job in these and as mentioned above they can scratch very easyly when grouting , i used Bal Microflex white grout and had no probs with it.
Would do a small test on an offcut to be on the safe side though , as for the cutting i was lucky and managed to just open or close up the grout lines to aviod any cuts
