Caulking Corners To Conceal Deficiencies?

My tiler it appears is lacking in the cutting skills, but the issue seems to be just around corners?

Due to the tiles being marble with bevelled edges he is spacing them about 1mm but a couple of the tiles at the bottom are about 4mm.

I will speak to him in the morning but I am interested in what he could do to address this.

Do you think he will grout and then caulk all corners to create a consistent neat finish? or will the tiles have to be replaced

On average how thick should caulk lines be?

Thanks

Movement joints (such as corners) are finished with Silicon and never grouted. The joints should all be the same though. Do you have any photos of this please?

the cutting should be even but Silicon does hide a multitude of sins and if he does it well and the rest of the tiling is good then i cant see a problem with it to be honest

Other works seems to be ok.
