I've noticed that some of the glass tiles sold, eg ones a Topps Tiles, say that they have to be 110mm away from a heat source. Is this true of all glass tiles?

Topps have been having huge problems with one of thier ranges......its a glass tile that "looks" crackle glazed.....brick shaped (150*75)......
probarbly why they are insisting on 110mm......the same tiles are also having problems with certain adhesives!

So basically I need to double check before I buy, but in general it only applies to naked flame heating.

Yes as this is the heat from the flame that can over heat the glass and cause to crack on tiles that are not suitable for said area.
