What would be your average amount of mtrs you would fix in 1 day? Say for example flattish walls and 600 by 300 Porcelain, brick bond on Bathroom walls ?

Not really got an average.
Me, I seem to be getting slower as I get older in everything I do (Apart from my wifely duties  So I'm told)

Why rush.......get it right, that' should be your first concern.

Could be 3 could be 15 - All dependant on each job, just done a bathroom with 2 windows in, and that really slows the average per day down

Could be 5 one day and 30 next day, although would usually allow 3 days for an average 25m bathroom with rectified tiles and chrome trim etc. Bumpy whites in the same circumstances could be done in about a day and a half.

With what you should be charging on a day rate you should be at least 8sq mts a day.

Cheers guys! It took me 2 days to do a 8 mtr concrete kitchen floor with 600 by 300 porcelain tiles!!The floor seemed flat when I checked. I seem to be putting the first row on fine but then somehow end up building up the next 2 rows and back buttering to make them flat. Then get to a point where if I continued the tiles would be way to high? about an inch ? I used 3 bags of spf and seem to get this problem a lot and not sure what i'm doing wrong?

All about prep work first, check your floor for dips and high spots with your straight edge , level them out choose a proper trowel size and away you go, get that part sorted and you'll tile your 8m2 before lunch , come back a few hours later and grout out!

Always unsure what trowel size too use so do all floors with a 20mm solid bed? is this my error for 600 by 300 porcelain on a almost flat concrete floor ?
