I kept looking at these tiles to see if I could use them somewhere but they are just the wrong size for what I want. I need something rectangular and longer for a shower and possible floor in an en suite.

I've Googled Florin tiles and can't find a price anywhere. I can't imagine these are cheap. What's the cost of this kind of thing?

I'm thinking of using them as shower walls and as much as I'm a natural stone guy, I don't like using natural stone in a shower. The idea of a single slab of porcelain per wall with no grout joints is very appealing.

Take a look at Porcel-thin :)

I know Ray, I'll certainly be having a chat with him. I need to figure out what kind of scheme/look I want first.

I like the book match marbles and I'm thinking of using that as a feature wall in our lounge.

We bought a peculiar architect designed house (cutting edge in 1959!) earlier this year and nothing is normal about it at all. We're doing the entire place top to bottom.

The first room we did I painted white top to bottom, simply as I wasn't sure what colour I wanted. It looks so good all white we've decided to keep it that way.

I’m a huge Fan of white.

That’s been my thing in Bathrooms for six months- white walls, statement floor.

I’m trying to reject grey :)

Hey Alan,
Florim are one of the prestige names for sure, don’t go spending your money without speaking time first mate, I know a person or two. :)
I happen to know that these pieces were around £140m2 to buy, but you don’t need to spend that much.
If you were to budget £100-£120m2 to buy, then you won’t get a shock when you choose something.
Obviously bookmatched and strings can be more expensive.
Here’s a couple of your ideas I’ve done this year.
