went in 2 days ago..keraquik grey and white 1 quid cheaper than competitors tubbed gear 5 quid dearer and chrome trims 5 quid dearer each . manager knew nothing about these prices..spent almost 2 hours in the shop as it was last time lousy

It does say in this thread that you have to open the account with Nathan through the forum or YOU WON'T GET THE TILERFORUM PRICES

Maybe the account isn't set up yet then, I assumed that the prices are automatic - the computer says YES! - the local managers may know nothing about it - or are you say the your new prices are still higher than your other suppliers?

At the moment it is just key addys, grouts and trims. I don't know if it will extend to other things in the future. I don't have anything to do with the prices, hopefully Nathan will chime in 🙂

May look at the idea of a couple of one off special tiles for the forum but we wanted to offer a discount on the day to day stuff at the moment as thats where the difference can be made.

Steve,

You need to fill in the online forms and let nathan change your account over on the system. When you go in the store then it doesn't matter if the staff don't know a thing (though they should do) as you tell them your trade account name or number and it'll simply add special prices.

You can even show off a bit to the staff and get some extra kudos. 🙂

It might take some time for all the staff to be aware of us. But you only need to fill in the form online to get the discount applied. The discount is also being given to the top few traders of each store, so they should be fairly used to the discount as their top traders that visit each day will be getting it too.
