Hi,

My family has been having issues whenever someone takes a shower the water slips through the tiles and floor boards to our dining room. This has been going on for numerous years. We can't seem to find a solution and need to find a reasonable price solution.

It would be appreciative if you could help us out with this? One plumber suggested replacing the tiles as they are old, would this help if we replace all the tiles on the wall were the bath is connected to?

Please see attached images.

kind regards

If you cant find where the leak in the shower area is, it may be best to start again with a blank canvas, getting everything waterproofed and installed correctly.
