Why does brown rice take soooooo long to cook!!! My curry is ready and i'm HUNGRY :incazzato:

Lol..... I hate brown rice and it takes so long, so's to give you time to change your mind and get some tasty rice on!

love brown rice,short grain..just put it on before cooking curry.never touch micro rice...but i tend to have white with curry.

I love brown rice, too, but H doesn't so much, so have it less often than I'd like, but if you quick stir fry it in very very little oil before you add the water it makes it even tastier, not sure if that's quicker, but hey, time for other things to do in the meantime 🙂 I think you've just sorted tomorrow's dinner, Andrew....:lol:
