master tiling course?

hello all ive been looking for a new career and i saw a ad for a tiling course which is just down the road from me the master tiling school in hainault. i was just wondering if any 1 has been on 1 of there courses and if they are anygood.and will a 7 week intensive course be able to make me a qualified tiler. if any 1 could answer my question it would be much appreciated cheers.

Perhaps checkout Tiling Courses | Tiling Training | Wall Tiling Courses | Floor Tiling Course (if it is that one you're near to) as they do have good feedback (check the feedback forum) and I'm sure they do long courses too.

Though always checkout the list Tiling Courses Companies.co.uk | Recommended Tiling Training in the UK - Tiling Courses - Tiling Training - Wall Tiling Courses and see if you can find a few options. Diamond Training I'd also recommend down there, though it's not around the corner from you.

If you do end up going to Master Tiling School then please feel free to give us a week-by-week report - or just some feedback at the end of the course to let us all know how it went for you.

I am booked ona course with them now - will leave relevant feedback accordingly......
At the moment so far, so good.
There are guys there that are finishing their 7th week and are producing some extremely good work...

Good Luck anyway mate I went to Darren in North East Tiling Training and there is only so much a tiling course can teach you but the best thing is hands on work with paying customers its hard but rewarding good luck and hope to see more of you on here

So they should be, If you arent producing good work after 7 weeks of training and shed loads of cash, i would ask for my money back, training centres are artificial environments, you can only get yourself a grounding there, the real learning starts outside in the real world as said above

TOTALLY AGREE with all posts. In the real world you don't have perfect floors and walls and a cozy unit to work in. Take some advice PREPARE ALL WORK BEFORE FIXIN ANYTHING. Set it out twice, check and check again. Ask what your fixin BEFORE you price the job. LISTEN to the client. Be prompt with your first appointment and turn up when you say.Word of mouth is great when your good. It can also work the other way. finally if you dont know something ASK. good luck
