How long do you guarantee work for - Tile Advice

Out of interest, how long would everyone say is a reasonable length of guarantee on jobs? And do you include it on your quotes?

The law says "a reasonable length of time" - usually meaning 7 years.
I don't offer a written guarantee because I think they are pointless, my reputation hopefully offers more of a guarantee.

One of my customers, I'm on the 3rd bathroom I've tiled for them in the same house..
