harassed by Plumber

passed a job on to another tiler last year who did a nice job but the plumber he did the work for and his customer fell out and are in court , the plumber paid the other tiler direct and i had no dealings with the job other than declining the work and offering the plumber some names of guys who may be able to fit it in , since then I have had this idiot ringing and texting and e-mailing me trying to bribe me into getting involved with his court case and trying to get the other tilers contact details address and telephone number it was a 300 pound tiling job and the guy did a good job I asked him if I could give the plumber his details and he said no as it was a small job and he didnt want the hassle .
I have been really polite to this plumber guy but he is finally got to me and if I see him I cant honestly say I wont knock him about a bit for hounding me so much :mad2:

he did pete went to the job and met the client the client was unhappy with the wavy edge on the tile and thought it was bad grouting it wasnt it was the tile she had chosen, the plumber took on all the building work and the tiling issue is just one of the grievances she has with the plumber , the tiler signed a witness statement for the plumber to offer as evidence in court
