cracking tiles - Tile Advice

had a new bathroom fitted a few weeks ago. the windowcill was made higher so plasterboard was put in before tiling....those tiles that are on the windowcill are cracking. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening

how was the plasterboard fixed to the cill..

Is it the actual tiles that are cracking or is it the grout coming out? Is there anything heavy placed on there?

It most likely the cill should always remove them if it is wood.

Need some more info plz..

is it just tiles cracking or grout at the front of the cill.? .. a pic would really help.
