I had the bathroom refurbed several months ago and about a month or two after the job a large fine crack started to show. It has since got worse and grown. Another hd appeared by the door too.

At the time the floor had to be levelled and thick ply put down as a surface. The tiles are from Topps Tiles. Rapid set adhesive was used.

Im wondering if anyone could shed any light on the problem? Is this a fault with the way the job was done or could it be the tiles or my old house?

thanks!

Hi, i wonder if they used flexible tile adhesive as they should have, you still get movement even though the ply was put down possibly screwed over floor boards.
