We do a 125mm, then open up the remaining with nippers or a grinder, or a zero tolerance drum/finger bit.

Over 125mm is very unusual as a regular drill bit. You'll find them as a dry cores but they aren't exactly delicate or clean cutting.

The problem is, its to go round a pool light inspection cover, theres no cover, shroud to hide the cut tile, pool company say it it need to say in situ, so the edges need to super neat. I have the 125mm ats bit already, works a treat, but this is 135mm.

Is this external 20mm porcelain?

If it is and this sounds like a one off, get it cut by a waterjet company.

Exactly as you require - hand cut using a grinder and pinchers - pool floor light. 60x60cm porcelain .
