Wanted...Bad pictures

Or should i say Photographs of tiling disasters due to water ingress.
I am putting together an album of horror tiling photos to show clients why tanking is so important. So with your help i need your photographs and permission to use them as said.

We do have a hall of shame but this is a general bad tiling thread not just what i need.
