I have at last made a start on my lounge underfloor heating project and thought I would post a few pics as I go







The floor boards removed to expose joists.........

Hehe.... Darwin the beagle dcided he wanted a sniff about in case there were biscuits down there...... Looking forward to phase two at the weekend. Insulation....

Nope. The sterling board is to go in between the joists as a sub base for the heating pipes and screed

Joists battened reay for steeling board subfloor and final layer of insulation going in. Soon be ready for underfloor heating pipes and 30mm of screed

Phase four complete..... Next job to screw it all down then notch out joists for underfloor heating pipes....
