Tile tech adhesive

Hi guys. A customer is buying 60sq m of honed and filled travertine from travertine direct and they are supplying Tile tech flex addy. Has anyone had any dealing with either this adhesive or the company? The customer is having UFH. I am wary of using addy that i dont know epecially with travertine and UFH.

Don't think i've used it. I'd just tell the customer that i'm getting my own addy and grout, and they can return it. 😉

Yeah i thought of that but it comes part of a builders package stone/addy/grout/sealer, so they cant claim anything back

Never heard of that adhesive, but It would be a good idea to suggest you use an uncoupling membrane such as Schluter Ditra, as underfloor heated screeds can crack, this will transfer through the tile if not uncoupled, well worth the extra dosh.
