Slc Method, My Way - How To Use Self Levelling Compound Properly

Thats interesting lads have any of you got pics of the bay's filled in ? i suppose you do alternate bays , the bays look very small is there any reason for this ? how about a thin polymer screed instead ? .....

These were quite big bays dave, some going from 0mm to 30mm, to thin for polymer sand and cement screed. I like to use smaller bays so the slc can top up each one.

...cheers phil! Your method works a treat and gives perfect results.

I set my dots with screws and laser, then made dots in to small blobs of rapid flattened down to screw head, so there's the dots, ... Then runners as you suggested with 3:1. ...flood bays , job done, went home and slept like a champion 🙂

Cheers Mark aka charlie1, glad I could help mate. I know everyone has their own ways, that one works for me.

This method looks useful, one question I have is how you go about levelling the dots with a laser? Are you using a floor laser for this or something else?
