friday evening the six nations rugby starts.

england beat....sorry i mean play wales :smilewinkgrin:

saturday ......ireland play italy and scotland play france.

i think england will scrape a win, ireland will thrash italy, and france will beat scotland.

what do you lot think.

As a huge England Rugby fan I hope you're right Andy! Could have done without the injuries to Moody and Lawes, just hope the newer team members can handle the pressure in Cardiff.
As for the other 2 fixtures I would say you're right there, it's certainly looking to be a close run competition this year.

it was a good match. good play from both sides. somewhat a bit silly with all the pushing and shoving and tripping and falling going on. I thought I was mistakenly watchin a soccer match not a rugby match at one point. here's to a good tournament :8:

they played better than i expected andy,france were gooooood and look on form although there defence was lax at times

I'm amazed Scotland scored three tries. Usually the points come from penalties. I'm quite optimistic for the other matches.

Indeed they were, felt a sorry for the Italian's to be honest as they turned up to play. They didn't run out of steam either which is rather unusual for them!

well what a game for england.......do i see a grand slam on the horizon? the last time england did a grand slam in the six nations they went on to win the world cup, now theres something to think about.

as for scotland, did the leave the team somewhere in france and get some clones from somewhere, very disappointing, cant see andy robinson keeping his job .
