polished granite??

hi ,
had a phonecall off a customer i got a job on for last week and she told me she's gone and bought polished granite floor tiles for me to lay!
having never laid them before im turning to you guys once again for advice....
can you tell me what the best adhesive is to use, its floor board at the mo but im laying backerboard over it and was going to use white mapei flexi??
and do i seal it before laying it??
and will i need my machine to cut it??
any help would be great as i dont want to mess it up (its only 5 m2)

Seal after laying, keep clean as you go and I would machine cut with a decent blade.

Why white adhesive joel, is the granite white ?..even so granite dosn't bleed adhesive through,it's too dense....Gaz

saved a few bob there, grey is cheaper, you may consider white if grouting in white....Gaz
