Please help! Subway tiles are a shambles

A family friend has tiled my kitchen with subway tiles however there is a lot of areas that are awful! They have been left to set overnight and I am wondering will it be possible to remove the singular tile (so I can attempt to fix it myself) before I grout? Thank you in advance!

Depends on the type of adhesive used but as there is such a gap between the window sill, should prise off using a decent scraper blade.
