i posted something similar last night which got moved(if this is to be removed, can someone pm me to tell me where its gone to?) but as work in britian due to the credit crunch is slowing up, is there a company that looks for tilers to work for them in a similar fashion to off shore workers i.e working shifts a few weeks on then few weeks off at a time?

My local work is drying up,and having to get jobs further away, which adds to my price due to cost of travelling.

They are few and far between m8, I was lucky worked there for 4 years. If you are willing to go that far why not just move around britain there is work to be had here. Last week adverts were being run for fixers in Canary Wharf London, you get London weighting for a job like that as well as good rates.

Get hold of the Evening Standard on a Thursday there is usually something in there.
