Finchampstead

Hello,

I would like a quote for re-tiling the ground floor of my house.

It is currently fully tiled (all rooms) in Capucinno Marble, sadly the
Builder hasn't done a good job and it all requires replacing.

The Work will involve:
Remove Oak Skirting
Remove Old tile & adhesive (Mostly delaminating from Screed) & Dispose
Prepare screed as appropriate (Anhydrite)
Supply and fit Ditra Matting
Supply Adhesive
Supply and fit new Capucinno Marble throughout (600*400)
Supply and lay Grout
Ensure sufficient expansion joints throughout
Seal surfaces
Reinstall Oak Skirting
Make good any damaged plaster/paint
There may be other activities involved that I don't fully understand so
would be happy to talk through the requirements.

I would be interested to know if any of the old tiles could be re-used to
keep costs down (but am not expecting this to be the case).

The downstairs area is approximately 160Sq Mtrs split between:
Lounge
Kitchen
Utility
Hall
TV Room
Cloakroom

I am available to show you around most days for a survey if required.

TTA membership/Insurance/References are a must!

Many thanks
Jim
