Hello people could do with advice on failed porcelain tiled floor that i have been asked to look at, its a bit of a mess. Approx 30 Msq 40 % concrete 60% 18mm Ply no expansion bead. The ply is fastened onto joists only, also underfloor heating in net under ply and kingspan under that.Sounds neet ? most of the grout gone allover, the tiles (1m x1m) take one up they all will come up with nice ply transfer an the back with dry brittle add The tiles on the concrete still solid.Ummm, any advice much apps.

Not uncommon for a single part flexi to fail over a fairly unbraced 18mm ply floor. Takes the two part rubber crumb for these floors. Is there a solid bed under the tiles?

Ye looks like one part flexi, a floor tile float sceed of one-part flexi on the ply, then dot and dab back of the tile with one part as well to lay the tile. Think the lot on the ply needs to come up, sbr the ply, expation joint fitted beetween the two surfaces and re fit tiles with full flex two-part add. Thanks for reply.
