The disc seemed to wear really quick on basic alluminium trim and left a lot of burr.
You could cut the mitre in the face then snip off the back with a pair of wiss snips I suppose.Is that one big enough with only 20mm cut depth?
don't think they are listening to you, fantasizing about tools againI've not noticed it. I did notice on cheap aluminium, the heat would craze the surface, but if you're gentle it shouldn't burr on the face of the cut.
