what is the height difference..?

You can get tilting as well..

homelux z plate

The homelux zigzag does cover a good height and you can pack it out if its not high enough without too much trouble. I tend to use a normal zi zag (Z profile) if i can and pack that off the floor but only if its carpet to tile.
