when I asked why TM say use ultimate S2 they laughed and said so they make more money, it words to that effect, all thats needed is it to C2 rated as a minimum.

i wonder if @Schlüter-Systems Ltd would like to respond to this and confirm?

was going to do the same, interesting to see there response, I questioned them on this question of what to use to stick Ditra down to green screed, ply etc. all he kept saying was only need a C2 adhesive slow or rapid set and no need to let it set prior to tiling. I said it didn't sound right, but he was adamant.

without doubt the worst technical help line I've had dealings with
