Just starting my first tiling job in my en-suite and would appreciate a sanity check of my approach:
- Mechanical tile cutter
- Angle grinder with continuous diamond disk
- Variable speed angle grinder for 4” polishing pads
- Cheap and cheerful, wet bench tile saw with new diamond blade
- 600 x 300 x 8 ceramic wall tile
- 600 x 600 x 10 porcelainfloor tile
- Wall and floor approx 2mm over 2m
- Raimondi RLS tile levelling with scratch plates …spinners better?
- Wall grout 2.5mm …?
- Floor grout 3.5mm …?
- Wall trowel 10mm square …?
- Floor trowel 12mm square …?
- Wall trim 12.5mm stainless steel straight edge …10mm better?
- Floor trim 16mm, as above …12.5mm better?
- Ardex flexible grout and adhesive
- Ardex P51 primer
