Thread's a year old from his last post, if he's still tiling or viewing this forum he'll have got a sigma by now.

Hi Lee Mac. Yes still look on forum. I ended up contacting forum sponsor ProTiler Tools who suggested the breaker was a bit bent and not contacting the tile on both sides. I suspect it was due to previous owner perhaps trying to cut tiles too hard & thick. He had 2 old cutters which would of been used on perhaps porcelain and they were as blunt as hell. Couple with this the bent bar so must of been a lot of pressure being used.
Anyway purchased a new breaker & bar and the trouble went away. Couple this with all the tips forum members gave me all went smoothly.
