Mapei JOTM Prizes - PLEASE READ ME

this is a shame, our prize arrived within a couple of days and was greatfully recieved by kev and I.

Name and shame.

personaly the badge is what matters and the kudos of your work being appreciated by the other forum members, it will be a real shame if the JOTM suffers as a result of this.

this isnt really fair on the JOTM winners (the honest ones) as the rest of the forum will be looking at the yellow badges trying to work out who did it.

It's a shame that some people have to spoil it for others, the badge for JOTM would be enough for me...

Prizes are a bonus, why even perhaps sour a relationship with a sponser.. it's out of order

Yes, i have just been in contact with Suzie via email and she is going to re-send some again and they are going to be tracked for delivery..

Then each month after this i want the winner to please pm me when theirs has arrived..

absoloutley disgraceful claiming you havent recieved them and then getting a second or even third lot! and then selling them on.
I still havent recieved mine! and probably would have had it by now if someone hadn't off had two or three lots on falsly claiming they hadn't recieved theres!!!!

I think you should name them and ban them, I am furious as I have won twice and didnt get the prize on either occasion and understand that mapei were having dispatch difficulties at that time so fair enough but selling the prizes is well out of order in my opinion

really really shocked over this!!
i honestly think whoevers done it, should be banned from the forum..
i personally wouldnt have the nerve to come on here again it id done something like that..
it would be best for the forum and best for them to cut all ties, as it would be near impossible to win back the peoples trust and respect on here...

god knows what reason they had for doing this, i always try to see 2 sides of a story. maybe they are really struggling, i dont know, but its best if they either own up and do the decent thing or leave, one or the other.

I think there should be a pole as to weather or not they should be named! The person/persons have betrayed the trust of the forum and its members and the sponsor Mapei. And for what a few t/shirts or what ever you get.
And they get what they get as a result of the pole!!

Terrible news this, i took serious pride in my three JOTM wins and the prizes from wet-decs, rubi, tradetiler and a monster one from MAPEI were so much appreciated !
I take pride in slipping on a mapei tee shirt and sweater for work and just can't understand someone doing this !
Thief and nothing less.
Come on Dan, take him out.

If I named them I breach DPA laws. Though if I banned them you'd soon find out, and it could affect their business, or even worse. So I wont / don't really want to.

I'm hoping somebody's been signing for them on their behalf and then stuck it on ebay, but I very much doubt it by the sounds of the email.

I guess it just happens in life but I think they'll hold their head in shame if they meet up sometime with other TFers.

Maybe best if we just put this in the past, I'm sure this member / members? will not repeat this breach of trust again. I hope lessons have been learned. Most of all, I hope this dosn't undermine the Jotm comp, or the exellent work done by Admin, Mods, Elite, and all members of this forum .
