Hi all i have my floor tiled now for the second time.. this is is the pictures of what is left from the removal of the tiles for the 2nd time.

What's your honest views

I've no idea what that clear stuff is, silicone ? Any more photos to help with this. The adhesive doesn't appear to be touching the tile !

Lovely bit of clear silicone.

Yes its silicone. I was told the hollow sound to the tiles was because of the porcelain tiles and they were laid to British approved standards. I argued the fact the adehisive can't be touching the tile they still disagree... What's your opinions please

Not good in any way, shape or form try and get the ''tiler'' who did
this mess to sort it or your name and shame...:(

Very difficult to tell what’s going on here. It looks like a combination of Tile adhesive and silicone. Neither appear to have been touched by the tiles.

The tiles were laid for a 2nd time sounding hollow when they lifted the tiles this is what was underneath
