you want an s1(flexible) white adhesive. back butter stone also.

Yes definitely white cement based not dispersion.

S1 ( flexible/slightly deformable) is fine but I would have thought just C2 flexible would be sufficient (not criticising just looking for confirmation/other opinions).

Being stone should it not also be rapid set so that any salts are locked into the setting mixture quickly preventing them moving into/through the stone?

I, personally, would use an s1 with any backer board and stone and using standard or rapid wouldn't concern me with travertine.

If very sensitive stone I'd go with ardex x7001

Thanks for all your comments I got some white s1 and will back butter the tiles

It's a fantastic addy, using it on the job I'm on just now.
Still love standard set though, it just lasts that long in the bucket.

It my favourite new adhesive also and u can buy the flexmaster to add if u need it to meet the s2 requirements

If u use the flexmaster it makes it set fast as fooooook it's defo not semi rapid it's more like extra rapid

how do you rate the tm slc? i've heard good reports about the rapid level 30 but not the others
