hi, after some advice folks.
im about to tile a floor and walls in a small downstairs room (concrete floor). The wall tiles will go to ground level with no skirting board. Does it make any difference it the walls or floor are tiled first. I was intending to do the whole job in a day. i was going to tile walls first to minimize and adhesive landing on floor and also to reduce floor traffic once floor is layed. am i right, wrong or is it personnel preference. thanks for advice

i always tile walls first as you said to minimize any mess on new floor etc.. plus as you say it will aid in the fast track process so floor joints arent marked...

I also tile walls then floor for all the previously said reasons and cannot see the advantage of leaving the bottom row out until after the floor is laid, also if you start from floor level it minimises slippage especially if tile on tile.
