i was in one of my local building materials shop and they had a big pile of them for sale. they bought a whole load of new ones. i got 10 as thats all the money i had with me that day. i went back but only brocken ones were left.

iv only seen small litle ones for sale but they were insanly expensive. id go into your local supply shop and ask the shop floor manager. they cant be that dear as iv seen shops with isles of them

on a tidy day 🙂

I've had a good nosey at everyone's pics, but has anyone got a berlingo racked out??

I've got the new shape & I've finally decided to get it ply'd.. But Im struggling for shelf design inspiration..

very good lads, i have no racking, just wooden protection on the inside to stop dents, then the floor of my traffic is carpeted to muffle noise, then i just load it -up according to the job i'am on, but i would love a bigger van, Mercedes sprinter and a good racking system, then load all my tools in there own space then never completely unload again . sound good to me !!

Christmas boredom set in today so, the back of the van got a treat. I've got so many new tools over the past couple of years and the racking in the van wasn't working as well as it used to. Made much better use of the side door, most tools in boxes and a custom slot that will hold 2 cutters at a time, long enough for a 1200 cutter. Think I might add one more shelf high at the back as I haven't got a home for the dust sheets yet.

Hi Gus, are they Malamute or Huskies? this is my mate Samson an Alaskan Malamute, not my dog, but my mate. Espcially at this time of year when I sneak some turky to him.

I still want to get a smashed front end LWB hi-top silver transit & covert it into a trailer. I could do with the extra space when doing a large kitchen or property renovation

For drainage of course lol

Metal tile trim, scotia beads, thin coat angle beads...and sort delicate trim that I don't want damaged or scrapped up to 2.5m 😉

I thought it was, ive now looked closer and seen its a loose bend on the end, i thought it was a moulded bend, i was thinking how the heck does he get beads out of the end 🙂 🙂 😉

Yeah, moulded bend would be kind of pointless. When I put it up, I just bought the cheapest bend there was to stop items sliding out and was going to change it later. A year & a half later, I'm still using it lol

Anyone wondering what the hell I mean, here's one I made earlier lol

(Have loads of these printed out to try different sign writing)

Now that's a van and a half!
Jumbo - 6403mm
LWB - 5680mm
Total length excluding jockey wheel & tow bar is over 12m long (That's 40') 😉

Can also park it up somewhere when not in use for extra advertising

Youll be able to rent out space for advertisments with all that room !!!! lol.................................actually, thats not a bad idea

There's so many things it could be used for. I have my plans with what I want to do with it. Maybe next year I'll get around to it
