Mapei Mapei adhesive help please - Tile Advice

Evening.
I've a job coming up, 200m2+ of wood effect tiles onto piped ufh, cement screed.
50% 1200x200mm
50% 1800x200mm tiles.
When I quoted for this, I said to get standard set adhesive, as I envisioned having to clip them, (the 1.8m ones at least.) I haven't seen them yet to see how bowed they are.

Tiles and adhesive are now on site, and rapid set adhesive has been sent.

Mapei Ultraflex S2 Quick...15kg

Shop will change it alright, but won't re-deliver, so client has offered to run it up, this will take 2x 3 hour round trips though!
Before we go down that road, I've offered to at least try a couple of bags to see how it goes.

It's years since I've used any Mapei gear, and never this particular stuff!
How'd you think this would work with tiles this size, and possibly clips?
If you were to change it, what to? (Mapei only)

It’s a crumb and a very good adhesive, I would personally use it no probs, you can change it to the Mapei s1 standard set flexi if you prefer a slower set
