Grout haze porcelain tiles

Hello everyone need advice

I had porcelain tiles laid a week ago in my kitchen . The tiles are light cream and have a grout haze that wont come off. Ive tried vinegar,baking soda and even a chemical tile cleaner not designed for haze thou. Any idea how i can get rid of the grout haze

Are you certain it's grout haze?
Are these polished porcelain?

The items you have used so far will not make a dent in epoxy. You'll need to try a specialist cleaner, such as the Mapei Pulicol or the LTP Solvex, and several emulsifying pads.

Epoxy? Well if its not been cleaned properly in the first place, you've a bit of a task now.
Does the residue feel rough under hand? If yes, then ltp solvex or nitromors will loosen the residue. You'll need lots of white scotchbrite pads and sponges too.
If it's a barely there haze, I'd suggest mapei kerapoxy cleaner, it's a trigger spray, but again you'll need plenty of pads and sponges.

This is exactly why epoxy should only be used with proper care and experience.
Get the tiler back to rectify it!

DIY or did you have a tiler? What happened to the ungrouted tiles?

Don't think the OP wants to know. 🙁
First they "had" tiles laid, then "they" grouted with epoxy.

Sorry if my tone isn't to your liking Indi but I've said nothing that is incorrect.
And to add to the problem; the porcelain appears to be semi-lapato so you'll need a good stiff scrubbing brush and a ton pf patience too! 🙂

Never used it personally, but if it does whats it says on the bottle then you should be fine.

It is a diy job the tile that doesnt have grout was relayed. I called the shop and have been told its not a epoxy groyt its a cement type grout
