We’re buying a renovated home, and the contractor recently (but not too recently - maybe 3 weeks ago) finished tiling the bathroom with large white marble tiles. Although they appeared to use white grout, it seems the moisture from the grout or maybe some sort of epoxy bled into the tile in what I’ve come to learn is called the ”picture framing effect.” Well, it’s not a good effect; it looks dirty and awful. Does this evaporate on its own? If not, can i fix it?
