discontinued (???) tile

Hi Guys!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am after a tile name/range/retailer/manufacturer.
See picture attached.

Dropped a bottle accidently in my bathroom and broke two tiles (do not ask for details)

I rent the place.
It was re tiled approx 18 months ago
I am pretty sure they used local builders market tiles, budget range, as everything else in the house.
I can tell that most bathroom & kitchen stuff comes from Homebase, few bits from Wickes but I've been to the local stores and they do not stock and do not recognise the tile.

I think they came from HomeBase.
I was looking for something very similar & they came from HomeBase.
