i have a real problem cutting round toilets etc i seem to take ages to get right.helppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp i was going crazy today with this any easy answers cheers

easiest way is to remove them beforehand but other than that i find the best thing to do is cut a template from cardboard , transfer it on to the tile and hey presto!!

If you can't get them out.

Then you need a good template.............

Best stuff I have found is cushion floor...........great for marking the shape, and cutting to right pattern:thumbsup: So next time your asked to do a kitchen/bathroom, and they have rolled it up and bunged it outside..........cut a lump off and try it.

patience n a keen eye ........ found fixing the full tiles each side of the toilet helps with marking

set out fully from from of toilet

wizz bottom of toilet off with grinder :ninja:

If you can't lift the toilet a simple way around it is to wait for one of the customers kids to come in, they always stand there watching. Quick hit on the toilet with the hammer, shove the hammer in the kids hand. Parent runs in wondering what the noise is, just stand there and point at the kid "told him not to touch the tools"
Job done no more toilet to tile around 🙂

hmmmmmmmmm. not thought of that one!

HI,
Have used the THICK backing paper from DIY shops as is easier to crease to the same shape with a thumb nail and then just cut with a pair of scissors but is thick enough to use as a templete
