I tiled a kitchen floor and walls last week, customer paid really pleased with job, got a message tonight on answerphone, saying she was really angry when she opened her garage and saw the mess i had left, being a bit puzzled by this i poPped round to see her, and guess what. IT WAS THE PLUMBERS RUBBISH!!!!! 😡

Jeff im not getting at plumbers, most of them are tidy just this one wasnt, and i got them blame.

tiled a bathroom t/day .. bath was loose and could be pulled away from the wall by about 15mm...plumbers say's oh the tiler will see to that.. he'll just stick some Silicon in....what a twock......the joiner who was workin there aswell strenghtened it up for me with a frame.............plumbers..ha!........

I could spend lots of time going back and putting right jobs that plumbers have done before me, but I don't. Last month I priced a jobs, but never heard anything of it, untill I am asked to put it right. I have been a plumber for the past 35 years, but looking whats out there now!!! Jeff

very true jeff... its like every trade you have your good and your bad.......but some plumbers think they can install b/rooms and dont think about what movement will do to tiles or substrates..etc.....
